TO OUR OUTGOING PRESIDENT
As Jonas Lyborg steps down as President, we
would like to extend our thanks to both Jonas and Ingrid Lyborg
for several years of excellent service to IDLEWILD. Jonas leaves
the neighborhood in much better shape than it was when he
first became President. His strong leadership is evident by our
current financial position and overall looks of the
Neighborhood. He passes on to our new Board an excellent system
to care and provide for our subdivision and future challenges.

his excellent management of the website. Colin
is also stepping down from that position. Please
bear with us as we try to fill his shoes.

NATURES TRAIL PHASE 1 APPROVED BY P&Z
The City of Fairhope Planning Commission has approved the
final plat for Phase 1 of Natures Trail, the new
subdivision immediately south of Idlewild. Phase 1 will
include 40 homesites, primarily on the west side, along Thompson
Hall and Windmill Roads, as well as the main stormwater
detention pond. The Commission remarked that, before Phase
2 is considered, the dip at Margaret and Thompson Hall must be
replaced by a culvert.
The subdivision is being developed by Smart Living, LLC.
Smart Living, LLC, was formed in June 2013 by Breland Homes and has now been taken over by
2016 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 2016 AGM of the Property Owners Association was held
on Sunday, April 17, 2.00 pm. A new Board was appointed
with the resignation of the current President, Jonas Lyborg,
and Treasurer, Bud Baker, Secretary Marilyn Owens, and Diane
DOG OWNERS! Sharpen up!
The Board has, several times, been contacted regarding dogs running loose,
messing up neighborhood properties,
rushing after/against both adults and children and even attacking persons!!
Responsible property Owners are identified!
The Association will report all future incidents
to the City of Fairhope as well as Fairhope Police Department!

Thanks for keeping your dogs on leash, in your fenced-in backyard and cleaning up after them! We know you love your pets!

The key system was restarted on May 1,
2016. You Must have your keys reactivated to have access

SOLAR PANELS AND METAL ROOFS
The Architectural Review Committee
interprets paragraph 10 of the Associations CC&R's as forbidding
the installation of metal roofs or solar panels.
Installation of a permanent emergency
generator requires approval of the ARC.
